Data support of warehouse

All records are kept in Ventues, the warehouse information system from the Kvados company (www.kvados.cz). This system supports standard operations, such as receiving goods, releases, monitoring of location in the warehouse, release according to priorities, bonded, non-bonded and tax stock. It can work with further parameters, such as:

color of product, size of product
charge of product
production number
consumer tax, etc

It supports EAN records of piece, carton, palette, monitoring pieces in transportation packages. The system enables automatic reporting of movements or the state of the warehouse, which we will send to the email address of your choice.

The exchange of data between the client’s system and our company is provided by data exchange.

The EDI interface is used as a very stable solution for massive data exchange. With most customers, we use data exchange with the help of CSV standard through an ftp server. TXT format is only used marginally.

We will be glad to help you with calculating the convenience of the implementation of data exchange and advise you on its establishment. Data exchange is not necessary for lower data volumes, where the financial demand factor of having it provided may not deliver the expected benefits.
