Every day we provide the logistics flow for big international companies.

We warehouse goods amounting to thousands of palettes for several of our clients. Our services also include very demanding services with added value. For big clients, we appoint a product manager who is responsible for the logistic processes and the management of activities for the depositor. For big depositors, we usually develop or specially adjust our standard data interface. The working hours of the warehouse and the processes will be adjusted to the requirements of the client.

For instance, for one of our significant clients we provide the following list of services:

  • unloading of containers or collecting deliveries, checking the quality of the delivered goods (according to a defined procedure)
  • two-way data transmission through EDI interface with information about delivered goods
  • clearance of goods taken in
  • warehousing standard reserve and providing warehousing of top reserve
  • providing additional services for specific assortments (list of requested services for the assortment is always determined at the beginning of a new season) – e.g. labeling, repackaging, ironing, putting on hangers (according to a defined procedure)
  • providing extra services upon request – e.g. promo packages, cleaning of goods
  • data receiving of orders for release on the very day of expedition
  • packaging of palettes and their labeling with palette labels
  • providing distribution of goods to shops, assembling orders according to delivery routes
  • data transmission of information of covering orders from warehouse
  • delivery of goods to a shop just-in-time (JIT) and monitoring of discrepancy from delivery in an interval of 15 minutes
  • monitoring and demonstrating service quality, reporting warehouse transfers and warehouse reserve
  • management of returns from shops and their return to warehouse reserve or disposal
  • management of circulation of palettes and cages
  • collection of data for intrastat

The amount of provided services changes with respect to the flow of goods. We need to flexibly adjust the number of employees for providing the services, book free space in the warehouse with respect to the requirements of our other clients and provide the necessary number of vehicles for the distribution of the goods.
