Management of returns

Not every customer is caught up, not all goods can be sold. Provision of returns flow is, unfortunately, the dark side of goods expedition and it needs to be taken into account.

We will also provide sudden processing of returns. As a standard, this activity includes:

  • receiving returns
  • identification of goods, according to shipping (often unsatisfactory) documents and, at the same time, according to your code book
  • sorting goods according to assortment and according to further usability
  • washing, possible repair of goods
  • administration
  • receiving goods into the warehouse or for disposal – always based on the decision of the owner of goods
