This overview of services is not final. We set up our services to satisfy our customers. Should you require further services, do not hesitate to contact us with your requests.

Standard services include:

• take-over of goods from supplier (we can possibly provide the transportation of goods)
• input check of goods according to agreed procedure
• warehousing or valuation of goods
• communication through web interface on the basis of data transmissions or, with lower data volumes, through email messages
• automatic reports on the state of the warehouse and the flow of goods
• preparation of goods for release and expedition
• provision of transportation according to your requirements

You can now monitor what happens to your goods right on our newly designed extranet!

After setting up a user account, you will be given access to all your logistical data, such as the state of warehouse, the processing state your orders, received goods.
You can simply enter your requirements for the release of goods, the type of transportation, the address of your customer, and the cash sum to be collected upon delivery.

We check the figures and prepare the order according to your exact instructions. In case of any uncertainty, we will contact you immediately.

Within the system, you can, of course, also monitor the processing state of your individual requirements.

Goals of service quality

Our goal is to provide quality services with the following minimums:

• 99.0% of orders expedited faultlessly
• 99.5% of items expedited faultlessly

We considered this the minimum quality and if it is not achieved, the customer is entitled to receive compensation in the form of a discount for services.
